1. Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bomb

We are starting our list with chocolate peanut butter fat bomb which is one of the easy to make, less time consuming keto fat bomb, it may not taste like those processed food snacks but it is way healthier.


Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoon melted coconut oil

  • 4 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon stevia drops


2. Vanilla Cheese cake Fat Bomb

This is another good option to your a healthy and sweet treat to your mouth. Easy to make keto friendly vanilla cheesecake, you can eat 1-3 in a day to stay into ketosis.


Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Cream cheese at room temperature

  • 4 oz butter or coconut oil

  • 4 oz Heavy Cream

  • 2-3 tablespoons erythritol

  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Baking chocolate or coconut for decorating


3. Blueberry Cheesecake Fat bomb

As the name suggests, blueberry cheesecakes are made with simple ingredients like blueberries, butter, cream cheese and few more. Carbohydrate content per severing is only 0.7 grams, makes it best for keto dieters.


Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. 8oz of room temperature cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, room temperature

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup of sugar substitute

  • 3 tablespoons of refined coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • mini-muffin wrappers (to place the bombs in) or silicon mold

4. Keto Burger Fat Bombs

You can also try this delicious recipe, it contains butter, that will keep to satisfied and happy. It take total 30 minutes to get prepared, low in net carb makes it keto friendly.


Ingredients

  • 1 lbs ground beef

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • ground black pepper

  • 2 tablespoon cold butter

  • 2 oz cheddar

  • Kosher salt

  • Cooking spray

  • Sliced tomatoes, lettuce leaves and mustard for serving


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, season beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Press 1 tsp beef evenly into the bottom of each each muffin tin cup, which completely covers the bottom, then place a piece of butter on top and again press 1 tsp beef over butter to completely cover.

  3. Now place a piece of cheddar on top of meat in each cup then press remaining beef over the cheese to cover in completely.

  4. Bake meat for about 15 minutes, until it get cooked, then let in cool.

  5. Now carefully remove each burger from tin and serve it with tomatoes, lettuce leaves and mustard.

5. Cinnamon Roll Fat Bombs with Cream Cheese

Cinnamon roll fat bombs are also very delicious keto snacks that you might looking for. It requires very few ingredients and only 15 minutes to get prepared. Another keto friendly easy to make fat bomb, for a better taste. Also, I would like to recommend don't eat any of these snacks more than 2-3 servings in one day.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

  • 3 ½ tbsp granulated Stevia or other granulated sweetener to taste

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

For cream cheese frosting:

  • 3 tbsp cream cheese

  • 1 ½ tbsp heavy cream

  • 1 ½ tbsp granulated Stevia or other granulated low carb sweetener to taste

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
