It also suppress your appetite and reduce food craving, as well as, it boost metabolism also. So, start your day with a glass of water and try to make it more frequent, to enhance weight loss.
2. Control your portions
You need to keep on count on how much calories you intake because it is important to eat lesser if you want to lose weight. Most Americans eat 2-3 times more than the actual serving size of foods, and portion sizes are increasing drastically over the years, which is also contributing to rise in obesity rate. So, if you weight too much you must have to reduce the portions size you eat. For that you can see the serving size which is amount of food listed on product's nutritional label, where you can see how much nutritional value you get from that serving.
Here are some tips that help you to reduce portions.
To reduce portion of eating you drink a glass of water before eating.
Use smaller plate, because a lot of researchers found that using smaller plates, knives, forks, and other table wear can reduce the food you eat.

However, you have to eat less when you are trying to lose weight, but cutting huge portion of calories immediately from your meal is also not good for your health. Make small and simple changes in your daily meal, try to avoid outside food or food that contain too much sugar in it, but also don't try to restrict all in very beginning of your journey. You can start with cutting 10% calories from your meal in start, and gradually keep increasing the percentage, as well as, try to avoid any of your favorite food which is unhealthy or is not good for weight loss, but you can eat on some occasions in limited portions.
6. Avoid Alcohol

If you consume alcohol too much, it may be difficult for you to lose weight. So, reduce the consumption of alcohol or try to avoid it.

It can be a way to motivate yourself to lose weight, you can see your in mirror everyday to reinforce yourself to lose weight. Because of that, you will keep you reminding about your goals and it will become difficult for you to cheat your diet.
